This Privacy Policy explains how Pizza Snack ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and ordering system.
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, and — for delivery orders — your delivery address. If you choose to opt in to text messages, we collect and use your phone number for that purpose specifically. Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe and/or PayPal); we do not store your full card details ourselves.
We use your information to: prepare and fulfill your order, contact you about your order if needed, and — only if you've opted in separately — send you text message updates or promotional offers.
Text message opt-in is never required to place an order. We offer two separate types of text message consent: order-related updates, and promotional offers. You may opt in to either, both, or neither. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can contact us directly to ask what information we have on file, or to request it be corrected or removed, subject to any records we're required to retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
